About Carolina Complete Health
Carolina Complete Health is a North Carolina Medicaid Standard Plan operated in partnership with the North Carolina Medical Society. On April 1, 2026 it absorbed WellCare of North Carolina, so former WellCare members are now Carolina Complete members.
Carolina Complete members are sometimes assigned a primary care provider who coordinates referrals. You do not need a referral from them to be seen here.
